Vulnerabilities Bosnia and Herzegovina

It is estimated that 3000 ha of forests is destroyed by fires annually in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Increased risk of forest fires due to increased temperatures and changes in precipitation patterns is expected in some parts of the country, which calls for fire protection capacity to be expanded (1).
